Park Village Resort proudly participated in ITE HCMC Vietnam at Stall No. 445, joining tourism professionals, businesses and travel partners from around the world for three full days of meaningful conversations, new connections and cultural exchange.
For us, the event was an opportunity not only to introduce Park Village Resort to the international travel community, but also to showcase the incredible diversity of Nepal as a destination.
When people hear Nepal, Mount Everest is often the first thing that comes to mind. But Nepal is much more than its mountains.
At ITE HCMC, we wanted to share a broader story of Nepal — a country of nature, culture, spirituality, adventure, wellness and warm hospitality.
Through our conversations with visitors and tourism professionals, we introduced them to the experiences that can be discovered across Nepal, while also presenting Park Village Resort as a place where travellers can experience the country’s natural beauty, peaceful surroundings and authentic hospitality.
We also had the opportunity to share the stories of other destinations and hospitality experiences within our wider portfolio, including Buddha Maya Gardens in Lumbini, helping visitors discover different sides of Nepal.
Over the three days of the expo, our stall welcomed visitors and travel professionals from different countries and backgrounds.
Every conversation brought an opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and understand what travellers from different parts of the world are looking for when they plan their journeys.
Visitors came to learn more about Nepal, Park Village Resort and the experiences available across the country. We shared our brochures, exchanged contact details and began conversations with potential travel partners who could help bring more international visitors to Nepal.
The final day was particularly memorable, as participants came together to mingle, exchange business cards and brochures, and continue conversations beyond the formal meetings.
As a token of friendship and appreciation, we shared a small Buddha souvenir from Nepal with visitors to our stall.
The Buddha represented a simple message that we wanted to carry from Nepal to Vietnam — peace, love and unity.
It was a small reminder of Nepal and the values of connection and hospitality that we were proud to share throughout the event.
We also wanted visitors to experience something fun and interactive. Our “Spin the Wheel” activity invited guests to take a chance and take home small goodies from Nepal.
The activity brought smiles and laughter to our stall and created an informal way for people to connect with our team.
For a moment, our space at ITE HCMC became a little meeting point between Nepal and the world — a place where visitors could discover Nepal, ask questions, share experiences and take home a small souvenir.
Our participation at ITE HCMC was ultimately about building relationships and sharing the many stories of Nepal.
From the natural surroundings of Park Village Resort to the spiritual significance of Lumbini, Nepal offers experiences far beyond the Everest region.
We are grateful to everyone who visited Stall No. 445, took the time to speak with our team, exchanged cards and brochures, joined our Spin the Wheel activity, and discovered a little more about Nepal.
As we return from Ho Chi Minh City, we carry with us new connections, new conversations and new opportunities to welcome travellers from around the world.
